It has been ten years since the Dominion War. The cleanup has been long and drawn out, but finally colonisation has resumed and trade is booming between worlds. Traffic between quadrants has increased steadily over the past several years, upping the the potentiality for things to go wrong. Still, people from all over the galaxy are flocking to the quadrant in record numbers with hopes of a brighter future and a new life. The Gamma Quadrant is easily the most multicultural region of the galaxy; abound with tastes and combinations from the Klingon Empire to the Cardassian Union. Everybody wants a piece of the Gamma Quadrant.

Despite the the splendour, the Gamma Quadrant is far from safe. Not only are trade partners and civilians taking advantage of the quadrant's wealth; petty thieves and criminals to organised crime and pirates, they're all cashing in. And with the loosely defined Federation borders, skirmishes with the Dominion are frequent.

TF9, commanded by Rear Admiral Brad Huddle, is at the forefront of maintaining order and balance within this flourishing, yet unstable region of space. There is plenty to explore and much to discover that which can only be done in the Gamma Quadrant in TF9.
